This is the story of me, Sa, who on my 42nd birthday received my first white coat at Saint George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, started medical school and pledged to become a physician. It is about what it is like to tear up your life and leave again and again to pursue a dream. It’s the story of a woman who often thinks, “what would Buffy do?” . I am a yoga loving, dog loving, beautiful, former chef, former sales person, former tutor and current immunology – o – phile who tries to love the intertwining snail track of life and how it all connects. Wow - that sure is a FINE-looking pup (+ dude holding the pup) - Baxter is honored to have made "fresh shrimp." Now onto accolades - Sa totally rocks for crocheting a most-FANTASTIC and adorable blanket and hat for our "baby" (she didn't specify which one, which is why we got confused . . . )
